Renfield Software hosts Exchange Sync Bridge on Amazon Web Services. Your Microsoft 365 administrator completes a one-time Microsoft approval, the license key is redeemed, and your IT admin updates the Exchange Sync settings in your existing software so it points to ESB.

Customer-Hosted Exchange Sync Bridge uses the same basic Microsoft approval and licensing flow, but the relay Windows service is installed on a server in your own environment.

This option is intended for organizations that want direct control over the relay server, hosting environment, network path, operating system maintenance, and internal security controls.

Billing Details

  • Prices are monthly subscription prices.
  • There are no setup fees.
  • There is no minimum term or binding contract.
  • User selection is controlled by which client application users are configured to use Exchange Sync.
  • Each month, you will be automatically charged based on the number of users who have Exchange Sync enabled.
  • Users added or removed during a month will be charged or credited on a prorated basis.
  • Total cost is adjusted monthly to match the current sync-enabled user count as of the renewal date.
  • Published pricing may not include taxes, implementation assistance, custom deployment work, or separately scoped isolation/security requirements.
  • Customer-Hosted availability may depend on release timing and technical review.

Suspension and Reactivation

You can suspend monthly renewal at any time. Service continues until your next renewal date and then ends with no additional subscription charges.

Suspended accounts may be reactivated at any time. Service restarts immediately, and the reactivation date becomes your new renewal date.
