Cancellation ends future charges after the current subscription period; access continues until the end of that period unless separate product terms state otherwise.

If a specific Exchange Sync Bridge offer includes a money-back guarantee, the guarantee is governed by the terms stated for that offer. Unless those terms provide otherwise, refund requests must be made within 30 days of the initial purchase by emailing support@exchangesyncbridge.com with the product purchased, purchase date, and the name and email associated with the purchase. Once a refund is approved, we will instruct our payment processor to issue it. We do not control processing speed after that instruction is sent.

A refunded purchase immediately terminates the license for the refunded materials or service. You must stop using and destroy copies of refunded materials. A customer may redeem a Renfield Software money-back guarantee only once across all products and services unless specific written terms provide otherwise.

No Warranties
