Time Matters stopped syncing with Outlook? Microsoft switched off the connection it uses.
Microsoft started disabling Exchange Web Services (EWS) on October 1, 2026, one tenant at a time. On Time Matters versions before 2026, Exchange Synchronization runs on EWS, so calendar entries, contacts, and tasks quietly stop flowing between Time Matters and Outlook. Exchange Sync Bridge gets them flowing again without upgrading Time Matters.

Will It Work For Your Firm?
Three fields. We'll reply by email to confirm your version is covered.
Thanks, we'll be in touch.
We'll confirm by email whether your Time Matters version is covered.
Three Steps, Usually Minutes
- Subscribe and approve. Buy at checkout, then your Microsoft 365 administrator approves Exchange Sync Bridge on Microsoft's own consent screen.
- Redeem your license. You receive your Connection URL, Client ID, Tenant ID, and Secret Value, shown to you once.
- Point Time Matters at the bridge. Enter those four values in Time Matters' Exchange Synchronization settings. Sync resumes, and end users do nothing.
What Your IT Review Will Ask
Is our data stored?
No. Calendar entries, contacts, and tasks are translated in memory and passed straight to Microsoft 365. Nothing is written to disk, and we never see a user password.
What do you log?
Each request's time, the mailbox address it was for, the folder type, the result, and any error code. Logs are deleted after 30 days and never contain item content.
Can it read every mailbox?
Microsoft's admin consent applies tenant-wide. The bridge only acts on the mailbox Time Matters names in each request, and you can switch any user off in the admin portal. We have not yet tested Microsoft's per-mailbox restrictions, so tell us before you buy if you need them.

A 10-User Firm, Side By Side
Keep Your Version
- $4,800 per year.
- Only 4 of your 10 users sync? $160/month. You pay for syncing users, not every Time Matters seat.
- No setup fee, no minimum term.
- Sync only: no Time Matters upgrades or vendor support included.
Renew The Subscription
- $21,480 per year.
- Plus any upgrade or migration services your reseller quotes.
- Includes Time Matters upgrades and vendor support.
The $179 per user per month AMP figure comes from third-party listings (June 2024), not from the vendor. Confirm current pricing with your reseller. If your firm wants the upgrades and vendor support anyway, the vendor path may be the right one.
